Youth Running Free Public Service Camps Felicitated in Lucknow

Lucknow: A felicitation programme was organised today at the office of All India Jamiatul Quraish District President Shahzad Quraishi, where young volunteers running free public service camps were honoured for their social work.

On the occasion, Shahzad Quraishi encouraged the youths who have been organising free Jan Seva camps in Billochpura by presenting them with shawls and garlands. He praised their dedication, stating that for several months these volunteers have been running camps throughout the day, both at the office and in the lanes of Billochpura, to provide free assistance to the public.

He said the camps are helping residents with services ranging from filling SIR forms to facilitating the preparation of essential documents such as ration cards, identity cards, Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, Ayushman cards and other necessary paperwork. “These young people truly deserve appreciation for their selfless service, and today’s programme was organised to boost their morale,” Quraishi said.

He further assured that in the coming days, people would also be informed about medical camps and housing-related government schemes, and every possible support would be extended to ensure that benefits reach the needy.

The programme was attended by National Social Worker Organisation Convenor Mohammad Afaq, social worker Hafiz Ameer Ahmed, Mohammad Rehan, Saurabh Srivastava, Mohammad Hanzla, Mohammad Anas, Rehan Hashmi, Abdul Samad, Saqib Mirza, Ayan Khan and several others. During the event, the participants collectively pledged to continue working with commitment for the welfare of the poor and weaker sections of society.
